Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will issue your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items: If your return is approved because the item arrived defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will refund the full eligible amount.
• Non-defective returns: If your return is approved for a non-defective item, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item using the original payment method. Any initial shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by law or if the error was ours.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after we process it.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange within the 30-day return period, we will process the exchange once the return is approved. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer either a refund to the original payment method or another reasonable solution, agreed upon by you.

Non-Eligible Returns

We may deny returns or exchanges if:

• The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
• The item has been intentionally damaged or excessively used.
• Key parts of the item are missing for reasons not caused by us.
• The item is returned without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
